Yoga teacher training course
Vishnudevananda Yoga Mandiram, Chennai, is starting its basic yoga teacher training course by 16 March. The course will be conducted under the guidance of yogacharya Arunkumar, senior yoga, meditation and stress management consultant to Apollo Hospitals, a press release said.
